Vegan Salted Caramel Pecan Bars


Tried a new recipe from the Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar book.  We have almost expired pecans that needed some love, so in the oven they went last night, and after an overnight chill, they turned out perfect!  The recipe was followed except we subbed their ingredient called for brown rice syrup with agave and added an extra 1 1/2 cups more of pecans.  The sweet and savory tastes amazing!

  3. For reals! I ate the whole bin of them in less than 4 hours..if they sold them at the store I would buy them all the time.
