Love love love to bake vegan cupcakes. What better an excuse than a Miami Vice Boat Party for my best gal! Red Velvet and PBJ (Peanut Butter Frosting with Raspberry Preserves on Vanilla Cake). Thanks to Emily Hoy for throwing an awesome going away to Oz slash bday party so we can dance dance dance in our best 80's attire on a boat in the rain in Long Beach with cupcakes (Jess made vegan oreo cupcakes too... don't have a picture!) and pizza touring the pacific!
