We enjoyed fine dining on our first night at Restaurant Martin, from chef Martin Rios (award winning chef & also featured on Iron Chef America). The cuisine did not disappoint, and not just because this was our first real meal of the week, but his progressive American cuisine was the right savory flavors, clean and perfect to the palate.
Our 2nd and 3rd days were spent walking the city, checking out the museums, eating at the 300 year old historical Pink Adobe and talking to the Indian artisans selling their artwork on the street. I was able to fine a pendant quite meaningful from an artist descending from the Anasazi. We also checked out a leather outlet store where I was able to replace my puny and falling apart leather jacket for a real motorcycle jacket, lined and heavy and warm.
