Frank Lloyd Wright - Chicago, IL

May 24, 2010 - We finally head back west!  After 2 days of driving 570 miles on the 90 via the expensive toll roads (we spent around 26 bucks!) through Cuba, NY and Toledo, OH, we reach our destination in Chicago.  Before visiting my family, we spend the day in awe & inspired of Frank Lloyd Wright's brilliant and forward thinking architecture.  First, the Robie house in Chicago and then his personal house in Oak Park.

The Robie House, his prized Prairie style design, completed in 1910.  One of the most important buildings in American Architecture.
